Pristine Property Maintenance provides landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, irrigation, tree services, and related property maintenance. Services may vary by project and are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Payments

All quotes and estimates are free unless otherwise stated.

A deposit or setup fee may be required before work begins.

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Weather delays or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling, and we will notify you promptly.

4. Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property.

Any pets, vehicles, or obstacles should be secured or removed before service.

Pristine Property Maintenance is not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles (e.g., irrigation lines, rocks, or underground utilities not disclosed).

5. Liability

We take care to perform all work safely and professionally.

Pristine Property Maintenance is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or issues outside of our control (including weather or third-party contractors).

Clients are encouraged to notify us immediately of any concerns regarding services performed.

6. Warranties

Plant health, sod growth, and other natural installations depend on proper care (watering, fertilization, etc.). We cannot guarantee results without client maintenance after installation.

Hardscaping and other installations may include limited workmanship warranties, which will be stated in the service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Pristine Property Maintenance and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

8. Changes to Terms
